Return Policy for Toast’s Vintage Finds

At Toast’s Vintage Finds, we aim to provide you with unique, high-quality vintage items that you’ll cherish. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process under the following terms:

Online Purchases

  • You may return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging and any accompanying accessories or documentation.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@toastsvintage.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Showroom Purchases

  • Items purchased in person from our showroom or picked up from the showroom are not eligible for returns, as customers have the opportunity to inspect the items thoroughly at the time of purchase.

General Return Conditions

  • Damaged or Altered Items: Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How to Return Items

  1. Carefully package the item to avoid damage during transit.
  2. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the following return address:

Exclusions

  • Custom Orders or Personalized Items: These are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Clearance Items: Items sold as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

  • For online purchases, if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
