I’m always interested in acquiring well-made vintage furniture, lighting and decorative objects, with a particular focus on Scandinavian design from the 1950s through the 1980s. Whether it’s a single piece or an entire collection, I’d be happy to take a look.

Every item I purchase is carefully inspected, transported, photographed, and, where needed, restored before it becomes part of the collection. Because of the time, craftsmanship and costs involved, I can’t offer retail prices. Instead, I aim to make fair, realistic offers that reflect both the market and the work required to prepare each piece for its next home.

If you’d like to sell something, simply send a few clear photographs together with a short description to arjen@toastsvintage.com. Any information about dimensions, condition, designer or manufacturer is always helpful, but not essential.

I’ll personally review your submission and let you know as soon as possible whether it’s something that fits the collection.

Vintage Rentals.

Many of the pieces in the collection are also available for short-term rental. Whether you’re styling a photoshoot, furnishing a film set, preparing an exhibition, staging a property, or creating the atmosphere for a special event, Toast’s Vintage Finds offers a carefully selected collection of authentic vintage furniture, lighting and decorative objects.

If you’ve seen a piece you’d like to use, simply get in touch to discuss availability and your project. I’m always happy to help find the right pieces for the setting you’re creating.

Rental Rates

Rental prices are based on the retail value of the item and include a refundable security deposit.

Rental Period	Rental Fee	Security Deposit
Per Day	15% of the retail price	100% of the retail price
Per Week	25% of the retail price	100% of the retail price

For example, renting a lamp with a retail value of €100 costs €15 per day or €25 per week, plus a refundable €100 security deposit.

Terms

The security deposit is fully refunded once the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was collected.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss or theft during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit where necessary.

Rental periods, collection and return dates are agreed in advance. If you require transport, this can often be arranged separately depending on the location and the items involved.
