Omann Jun

Omann Jun is a Danish furniture manufacturer best known for its refined mid-century storage furniture. Founded in 1933, the family-owned company became particularly associated with elegant sideboards, desks and cabinets produced during the 1950s and 1960s.

Designer Gunni Omann played an important role in shaping the company’s distinctive style. Many pieces combine clean proportions with practical storage and carefully considered details. Teak and rosewood feature prominently, often paired with sculpted handles and elegant wooden bases.

Well-known Omann Jun designs include the Model 18 and Model 21 sideboards, alongside a wide range of desks, highboards and other cabinet furniture. These pieces reflect the balance between functionality and refined construction associated with Danish modern design.
